No, registering early during the registration window will not give you any advantage, as long as you make sure you register before the registration window closes. Please note, registration does not guarantee access to the sale, or to tickets. We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

Yes you can register for multiple cities by registering once for each city. If you wish to register for Paris and for Lyon, please submit the form twice, choosing a different city for each registration.

No, you can only register once for each city. If you register for both the Ticketmaster sale and the venue sale, only the first registration will be taken into account. There is no point in registering multiple times.

Tickets will be available for purchase via the website for access code holders. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts. It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase. 

Registrants who have been selected to participate have received a code for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour ticket on-sale and have the opportunity to access tickets for all announced shows in their selected city.  Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

When tickets go on sale :

• Click your unique link above to access the sale – the waiting room will open 30 minutes before tickets go on sale.
• Once you follow the link, you'll be asked to verify your email address to join the waiting room for the sale. You will be assigned a place in the queue before you can purchase tickets.
• When it's your turn, enter your unique purchase code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the unique purchase code exactly as it appears in this e-mail. 
• For the best chance to secure tickets, take a moment to select the ticket types and quantity that are right for you before you initiate your order.

• When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets may result in errors.
• You may not purchase more than four (4) tickets per code.

If you are selected to receive an access code, you have received an email containing the links for the sales for which you are selected and your unique purchase code.

Please note, your access code does not guarantee you tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, while currently-available inventory lasts. As a reminder, you are eligible to purchase 4 tickets in total, this can be for one or more shows as long as you do not exceed the 4 ticket limit.

How is your email address verified?

Before accessing the waiting room, or the queue if the sale has already started, you will be asked to verify your email address.

You will need to enter your email address, then a 6-digit authentication code will be sent to your email address.

Please check your email box, then enter and validate the authentication code.

Once authenticated, you will be redirected to the waiting room, or the queue if the sale has started.

No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared. Codes are also only valid to purchase up to the advised ticket limit, subject to availability.

Paris La Défense Arena: Any minor must be accompanied and placed under the responsibility of an adult in possession of a valid access pass. Each spectator must have a ticket to access the event.

Groupama Stadium: Access to the stadium is prohibited for any minor under the age of sixteen (16) unaccompanied by an adult. Each spectator must have a ticket to access the event. The operator advises parents not to bring children under the age of five (5) into the stadium.

Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code nor that you will have the ability to purchase tickets. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the presale or on sale. Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We will notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application.  

Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a long period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.

If your order has a delivery delay, the mobile ticket QR code won’t be available until the delivery delay passes.

When arriving in groups, the lead booker must be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.

Each ticket holder must be in possession of their ticket on their smart device.

No, you can’t. Once tickets have been purchased they’re not refundable, unless the event will unhopefully be cancelled or rescheduled. In that case we will inform you about the procedure.    

No, by choice of the Event Organizer resell has not (yet) been activated for this event.
