How do I register for Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS World Tour tickets in FRANCE ?

Registration has now closed.

Please remember:

This sale can only be accessed by the randomly selected individuals who registered and received a unique access code.

Registering does not guarantee you’ll get a code, and receiving a code does not guarantee you will get a ticket.

 If you are waitlisted you may still be invited to future opportunities if tickets remain.

 

Do I have more of an opportunity to get a ticket the earlier I register?

No. The selection process is random, and registering as soon as the window opens doesn’t increase the odds of getting an access code.

Can I register for multiple event dates?
Within your country you may register for one location and date as your preferred event. If there are multiple event dates on the same location you will automatically register for all of these events. Fans who are randomly selected and invited to take part in the sale will be notified the day before the sale begins.

Fans may register for other event dates and locations abroad, by visiting the Ticketmaster website from that country.

When does the advance registration sale begin?

The artist advance registration ticket sale starts at 15.00 on Thursday September 21. Only registered fans with approved links will be able to join.

 

If I receive a code, am I guaranteed tickets?

You can shop for tickets if you receive an access code, but it’s not guaranteed you’ll be able to purchase tickets. They’re available on a first come, first served basis.

 

How do I access the ticket sale once I get a code?

Prior to the onsale time:

- Prepare your purchase by creating your customer account in advance on Ticketmaster.fr. Make sure you know your password, or reset it before the sale. Check the contact details provided in your customer account and update them if necessary.

- Make sure you have a valid credit card and your phone handy as your bank may ask you to enter a verification code to validate your payment.

- Open the email you received to get the code and the reservation link

 

When the sale begins:

1/ Click the above link to the event page for the show you're eligible to access

2/ You may enter the Waiting Room up to 30 minutes prior to the sale. Once the ticket sale begins, you’ll automatically be placed in the virtual queue. 

3/ Enter your unique access code checking to ensure it's entered exactly as it appears in the email you received. This may take a moment to process but do not refresh the page during this time. 

Please note : 

• Tickets are not guaranteed and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only use one browser window - opening multiple windows or using multiple devices may kick you out of the queue and sale.
• Do not close or refresh your browser while waiting for your access code to be accepted or while in the queue, as you’ll lose your place in line.
• Take a moment to consider  the ticket types and quantity that are right for you before you start a search. 
• You will be asked to sign into your customer account at point of purchase. Make sure you have your login details ready. 
• Your unique access code is valid to purchase up to <NUMBER (#)> tickets per person, per show through Ticketmaster.
• For a faster checkout, make sure your billing address and credit card information is up to date prior to the sale.

 

When should I expect my access code?

Fans who  are randomly selected to participate in the sale will receive a unique access code and purchase link via email in the afternoon on Wednesday September 20

 

Can I transfer my access code to someone else?

No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.

I have access requirements; how do I register for tickets?

What are the age restrictions for the event?
There is no minimum age for this event.  Fans under the age of 16 have to be accompanied by an adult. Visitors of all ages must be in possession of a valid admission ticket. 

 

I registered but never received a confirmation e-mail or my access code

Registering doesn’t guarantee you will receive a unique access code nor that you will be selected to participate in the sale. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of randomly selected fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist.

There has been incredible fan demand for Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS world tour, and even after the tour added 20 additional dates to meet demand, there are still more fans registered than there are tickets available. As a result, the majority of fans who registered were placed on the waitlist. 

If tickets remain, additional fans may be randomly selected from the waitlist for future ticketing opportunities.

 

I received confirmation of registration but neither a code nor a notification I was put on the waitlist.

Be sure to check your junk folder. To ensure you receive all messages about this sale, noreply@email.ticketmaster.fr should be added to your contacts and safe sender lists.

 

Why didn’t my access code work?
If you registered and received an access code by email from Ticketmaster, but it’s not working, try checking these things first:

• Make sure the event is on sale. Advance registration access codes are sent out before the event goes on sale but won’t work until the event is actually on sale.
• You must enter the access code exactly how it appears in your text or email.
• If you used your code to buy tickets already, you may have met the 4 ticket limit. Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

 

Can I enter multiple codes?

No. Only one code can be processed per purchase.

 

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

Are tickets for this event personalized?
No, tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour are not personalized, meaning no identification will be asked upon entry.

 

Can I buy tickets for someone else?

Yes, you can buy tickets for somebody else. Please note Ticket Transfer will not immediately be activated after the on sale. This means you can’t forward tickets to somebody else.      

 

When will tickets be available in my online account, and how will I access them?

All tickets are digital tickets and they will be available via your Ticketmaster account. Tickets will not be released until closer to the event date. Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a longer period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.

 

Is delayed delivery active for this event?

Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We’ll notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application. 

 

What are the ticket prices for this event?
Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the sale. In some instances, the Event Organizer price tickets according to their market value. These tickets do not include VIP packages and pricing is subject to change. Prices will appear on the event page once the registration sale has started.

 

I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?

You can sell tickets via Ticketmaster Resale, which will be active a few days after the on sale. If you can no longer use tickets bought from Ticketmaster, you can list them here for sale. OLIVIA RODRIGO’S FUND 4 GOOD: Olivia Rodrigo will be launching Olivia Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good, a global initiative committed to building an equitable and just future for all women and girls through direct support of community-based non-profits that champion girls’ education, support reproductive rights and prevent gender-based violence. A portion of the proceeds from all Fund 4 Good Tickets will go to Olivia Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good.

The Platinum program enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true market value.
