What are the prices and ticket types for this event?
Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will be published on the event page once the sale has started.

What method of delivery can I select for this event?
Tickets are mobile entry only.
The Fan Wallet app is available for free on iPhone and Android—starting with iOS 16 and Android 10.

When will tickets be available?
Tickets are now available for download in the Fan Wallet app.
The access barcodes for the 2026 concerts will be revealed 7 days before your concert date.
If you have not yet downloaded your tickets to the Fan Wallet app, follow the steps:
1- Install the application on your smartphone from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2- From your smartphone, connect to the site where you bought the tickets
3- Log in to your account and select the order you wish to download
4- Click on the link to download your tickets.
Important notice : you must present your final digital tickets on your smartphone with the app at the entrance. No other ticket format will be accepted.
We would like to remind you that you will not be able to pick up your tickets at the box office. Therefore you must be in possession of your tickets BEFORE attending the event.
In order to access the event in the best possible conditions and to avoid networks saturation, it is essential to download your tickets BEFORE arriving at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets ?
Yes, you can transfert tickets with Fan Wallet app.
Resell or cancel my tickets
Can I cancel my tickets after I’ve purchased it?
No, you can’t. Once tickets have been purchased they’re not refundable.
I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?
The resale service is enabled for tickets purchased through our network. Log in to your customer account to manage the tickets you wish to offer to other fans.
Accessible Tickets
Booking for people with reduced mobility (PMR) and people with disabilities (PSH) will open on Wednesday, June 3, at 10:00 a.m.
Booking for PMR and PSH tickets can only be made by phone at 01 46 91 57 57, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability).
To allow as many fans as possible to attend
- Only one companion is permitted.
- It is not possible to book PRM/PSH tickets for multiple shows
