When should I expect my access code for the Paris La Défense Arena Presale?

All fans who have been selected to take part in the Paris La Défense Arena Presale on Thursday 9 April have now been notified and will receive their unique code and purchase link on Wednesday 8 April. *

If you didn't receive an email, you are on the waitlist and may be invited at a later stage if tickets become available.

If I’m selected, am I guaranteed tickets?

To be selected give access to the presale, but do not guarantee tickets. Ticket availability is limited. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket availability is limited. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I transfer my access code to someone else?

No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.

How do I access the ticket sale once I get a code?

In the emails we’ll send to fans selected to participate in the presale, you’ll find the most useful information to help you prepare for the ticket sale.

Please you’ll need a customer account, which is separate from any Ticketmaster accounts you may have used on other country sites. If you don’t already have one, we recommend creating an account in advance. If you do have an account, make sure your email address and phone number are up to date before the presale. 

How many tickets can I buy?

You may purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets per show during the presales..

Why didn’t my access code work?

Be sure you access the presale with the link you received by email and enter the code exactly as you received it. You may also have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, the event has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

If you move off the waiting list, you will receive an email containing your access code details and where to access the relevant presale. Keep in mind, your notification may come at any time after the presale begins. 

Please note, getting off the waitlist does not guarantee access to tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

General onsale

The general sale for CÉLINE DION - PARIS 2026 starts Friday, Arpil 10 at 10 am CEST. Tickets are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How many tickets can I buy?

You may purchase a maximum of eigh (8) tickets per show during the general onsale.

Ticket Details

What are the prices and ticket types for this event?

Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the presale or on sale. In some instances, the Event Organizer price tickets according to their market value. Prices will appear on the event page once the registration presale has started.

What methods of payment can I use?

For this event you will be able to pay by bank card.

What method of delivery can I select for this event?

Tickets are mobile entry only.

The Fan Wallet app is available for free on iPhone and Android—starting with iOS 16 and Android 10.

Is delayed delivery active for this event?

Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We will notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application.  

What does it mean if tickets have a delayed delivery?

Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a long period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.

If your order has a delivery delay, the mobile ticket QR code won’t be available until the delivery delay passes.

Can I transfert my tickets ?

By choice of the Event Organizer you will be able to transfert your tickets at a later date. We will update this information accordingly when transfert is activated.

Resell or Cancel my Tickets

Can I cancel my tickets after I’ve purchased it?

No, you can’t. Once tickets have been purchased they’re not refundable.  

I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?

By choice of the Event Organizer resell has not (yet) been activated for this event.
Right now it’s not possible to resell your tickets for this event. Resell may become available at a certain point, in which case we will update this information accordingly.  

Accessible Tickets

Accessible seating for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and people with disabilities (PSH) will open for pre-sale on Thursday, April 9th ​​at 10:00 AM and for general sale on Friday, April 10th at 10:00 AM.

Reservations for PRM and PSH can be made only by phone at +33 1 46 91 57 57, Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (subject to availability).

To allow as many fans as possible to attend, only one accompanying person is permitted.

Paris La Défense Arena: no age restriction applies – each spectator must have a ticket to access the event.

ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE

To participate in the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE, the event organizer requires you to have an ARMY MEMBERSHIP (US/GLOBAL)* and register** for the Presale on Weverse by January 18th at 11:59 PM CET with your Weverse ID (email address) associated with your ARMY MEMBERSHIP. To access the presale for shows taking place in France, email address associated with your ARMY MEMBERSHIP has not to match the email associated with your Ticketmaster.fr account**.

Do I need an active ARMY MEMBERSHIP in order to purchase tickets during the Weverse Membership Presale?

Yes. At the request of the event organizer, only ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders who have also registered for the Presale on Weverse will be eligible to participate in the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE. Presale access varies by membership type.

Which ARMY MEMBERSHIP should I use to register for events?

• France, UK and Europe: Only GLOBAL Memberships are eligible.
• US, Canada, Mexico: US Memberships and GLOBAL Memberships are eligible. If you have both a US and a GLOBAL membership, only your US Membership will be validated.

How many cities can I register for?

• If you have a GLOBAL Membership, you can also register for up to 3 cities in France, UK and Europe.
• If you have a US Membership or GLOBAL Membership, you can register for up to 3 cities in North America. You cannot register for more than 3 North America cities per Weverse ID (email address) under any circumstances, even if that email is linked to both a US and a GLOBAL Membership.

Is there a presale code?

Your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER will serve as your presale code (11 caracters ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER that starts with BA + 9 digits). Only ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders who signed up in advance will be able to join the queue to access the presale.

1. Open the Weverse app and open BTS Weverse
2. Tap the “Membership” icon
3. Click on “View Membership Details” under “ARMY MEMBERSHIP” to access your mobile membership card
4. Find your 9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER on the card starting with BA
5. For shows in the US, Canada, and Mexico, use  your US or  GLOBAL Membership number (if you have both a US and a GLOBAL Membership, your US Membership number will serve as your presale code). For shows in the UK and Europe, use your GLOBAL Membership number.

How can I get the presale link?

How many tickets can I purchase?

You may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per show.

I signed up for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE using my name, but I will be using someone else’s credit card to purchase tickets. Does the name on my credit card need to match the name on my Weverse and Ticketmaster accounts?

No, you can use any valid credit card to purchase tickets.
