How to transfer tickets with the app :
- Select the ticket you want to transfer in the app
- Click on Transfer this ticket
- Enter the identity of the beneficiary
- Transfer the ticket by the means of your choice.
Please note :
- you can cancel the transfer of a ticket
- the recipient can also return the ticket to you if you are unable to attend
For certain events, at the organizers’ discretion, special conditions may apply:
- In exceptional cases, ticket transfers may not be permitted. In this case, the purchaser of the order must arrive at the venue entrance at the same time as all your companions. You may be asked to provide proof of identity.
- One of the tickets in the order may be non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person: this is the ticket for the primary purchaser. This ticket is personal and must be presented by the purchaser in person on the day of the event.
