How to transfer tickets with the app
- Select the ticket/s you want to transfer in the app.
- Click on Transfer this ticket.
- Enter the details of the recepient.
- Transfer the ticket by the means of your choice.
You can cancel a ticket transfer. If you've already transferred a ticket and the recipient can no longer attend the event, the recipient can transfer the ticket back to you.
Why can't I transfer my tickets?
- For some events, ticket transfers may not be permitted. In this case, the purchaser of the tickets must enter the venue at at the same time as all your companions. You may be asked to provide proof of identity.
- One of the tickets in the order may be non-transferable and can't be transferred to another person: this is the ticket for the primary purchaser. This ticket is personal and must be presented by the purchaser in person on the day of the event.
