How to transfer tickets with the app :
- Select the ticket you want to transfer in the app
- Click on Transfer this ticket
- Enter the identity of the beneficiary
- Transfer the ticket by the means of your choice
Can I transfert all the tickets ?
You can transfer the tickets in your order, bearing in mind that one of the tickets will remain personal and cannot be transferred: this is your ticket as the main purchaser. This ticket is personal and must be presented by the purchaser on the day of the event.
Please note :
- you can cancel the transfer of a ticket
- the recipient can also return the ticket to you if you are unable to attend
- for certain events, the transfer may exceptionally not be authorised by the organiser. In this case, you must present yourself at the entrance to the venue at the same time as those accompanying you.
