Depending on the event, you may be offered several ways to obtain your tickets:
- free collection of your tickets in more than 1600 partner points of sale throughout France.
- digital tickets to print at home (e-ticket) or to download on your mobile (m-ticket) for the events which allow it. This service is charged to you in addition to your tickets.
- postage for postage in addition to your tickets (variable rate depending on the shipping method chosen).
We strive to offer the widest possible choice between the different methods of obtaining. The activation of all the modes of obtaining is not systematic. Some methods are subject to the agreement of the organization, the location of the event or the time between the date of the order and that of the event.
Collection in store (free)
Collect your tickets from the end of your order until the day of the show (excluding public holidays and depending on store opening hours and days). The withdrawal is made at your convenience in all the stores of our network.
Before withdrawing your tickets in store, please read the withdrawal conditions and check opening time of the outlet.
E-Ticket: electronic ticket (issue fee in addition to your order)
Your tickets are to be printed at home as soon as your order is completed.
They are sent to you by email in pdf format with your order confirmation. Your e-tickets are then attached to the email you receive.
They are also printable from your customer account.
M-Ticket: electronic ticket for smartphones (issue fee in addition to your order)
Your m-tickets are sent to you by email at the end of your order. With a smartphone, you can download your m-ticket in PDF format from your email.
They can also be downloaded from your customer account.
Letter Expert (postal shipment in France)
Your tickets are sent to you by La Poste in Letter Expert, sending followed and delivered against signature.
Your order is delivered to the postal services within 48 working hours of its edition.
The average delivery time to your home is approximately 7 days, depending on the delivery conditions by the postal services.
The delivery tracking number is available after your order has been edited by our services, in the My Account / My Orders section – generally within 48 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The follow-up of your order by the tracking number is possible as soon as your order is taken care of by the postal services, generally within 4 days following its edition by our services.
The handling of your order by the postal services is then confirmed to you by email.
Your order is tracked on La Poste website.
DHL Express France
Your tickets will be sent to you by the DHL Express service, in tracked shipment, in a secure envelope.
Delivery times are as follows:
- the day after your order for any order placed before 3 pm
- two days later for any order placed after 3 p.m.
- on Tuesday (except public holidays) for orders placed between Thursday 3 p.m. and Sunday evening

DHL Express Abroad
You receive your order everywhere in Europe and in the world in express delivery by sending followed by secure envelope
Your tickets are handed over to DHL services:
- the same day for orders placed before 3 p.m.
- the next day for any order placed after 3 p.m.
- on monday for orders placed between Thursday 3 p.m. and Sunday evening
