To find the closest collection point, head to Collection Points section on our website.
This section is also available in the footer of our pages.
You then need to select the area in which you want to collect your tickets, the list is then displayed in alphabetical order.
You may collect your tickets in any of those collection points. There's no need to select your collection point. Your tickets will be automatically available in every collection points of our network.
Tickets can only be collected from partner points of sale. Ticket collection at the box office of the venue is not possible (except for certain shows for which collection at the box office will be specifically proposed).
If tickets are not collected, they won't be refunded.
