To enhance your experience and fight against malicious technology, we’re asking you to verify your email and phone number. This simple step provides an extra layer of verification that helps us separate real human fans from bots.
What type of email address can I use for my account?
To create and verify your Ticketmaster account, we recommend using a valid personal email address that you can easily access and regularly check.
We do not recommend using anonymized or relay email addresses, such as Apple Private Relay addresses (for example, those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com). In some cases, these addresses may cause issues receiving our emails, including the one-time verification codes required to create, secure, or recover your account.
To ensure you receive important communications from Ticketmaster—including verification codes, order information, ticket transfers, and security notifications—we recommend using a standard email address that you can readily access and monitor.
How does the verification process work?
Verify your mobile phone number:
When you create an account, or add a phone number to an existing account, we’ll ask you to provide a number that receives texts or SMS messaging.
Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for your one-time code to arrive on your phone.
Return to your verification screen and enter the code to continue.
Your verification code is unique. It changes each time you verify a new phone number or you request a new code.
Only mobile carrier or landline phone numbers are accepted. Additional methods like payphones, pagers, Google Voice or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) are not accepted or supported.

What should I do if my verification code has expired?
If your verification code has expired, you can request a new code by clicking Request a new code link. Remember, the verification code is unique and will change each time you verify a new phone number or request a new code.
What should I do if I haven’t received my verification code?
You can request a new code from the verification screen. Or, if you still haven't received it, try changing your delivery method.
