For some events, the Event Organizer may choose to apply special terms and conditions of sale. If an event has specific booking policies, these will be displayed on the event page, and we’ll make it clear during the booking process.

These policies are put in place because we want to ensure tickets end up in the hands of legitimate fans.
Depending on the event, this may include:
- Limiting the number of tickets per order.
- Requiring secure ticket delivery methods (e.g., digital tickets)
- Restricting the use of ticket transfer.
- Delaying the release of final tickets until a few days prior to the event.
- Resale may not be available or may be activated later.
- Requiring the original purchaser to attend with their guests, confirming the identity of the ticket holder upon entry.
These conditions are set by the organizer and, in some cases, you will have to accept them before finalizing your purchase.
