Ticket exchanges may be permitted under the following exceptional circumstances. They are subject to the organizer's approval and are not guaranteed:
- Upgrades : only for the purchase of tickets in a higher category and at a higher price than those originally purchased (subject to availability and the organizers' approval)
- Accessible Seating Needs: in cases where a change of seats is required due to newly arisen accessibility requirements. Proof will be required.
