Our resale service complies with French legislation on the resale of tickets and is subject to the conditions of use of the resale service.This service is offered with the agreement of the organizers of the event.
Is this a secure service? Am I guaranteed to be able to enter the show?
We offer a secure service for buyers. Tickets offered for resale are verified and certified. When you buy resale tickets, we invalidate the barcodes on the old tickets, and new barcodes are issued on your tickets. This guarantees you access to the event.
How do I buy resale tickets?
To purchase Resale tickets, select the event you are interested in. If the Resale label is displayed, it means that the service is available on the event in agreement with the organizer.
When selecting your seats, choose the desired quantity to view the offers proposed by the fans.

On which events is resale allowed?
The resale service is only activated once the event organizer has given us his consent.
This service is currently offered at an increasing number of concerts and events, once the event organizer has agreed.
When resale is possible on an event, the "Resale" label is displayed on the event page on our site.
Why do I have to pay a little more than the original ticket price?
In agreement with the organizer, the tickets are offered for resale at the initial price.
What are the processing fees?
We act transparently and display all costs during your order and during its validation.
Service fees are additional costs applied to the ticket resale process, separate from the ticket price itself. They cover the technical and operational management of the resale platform. These fees are set at 15% of the ticket sale price and are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. They include VAT.
Processing fees include a contribution to the technical and transaction costs of the order, service security, and secure ticket delivery. These fees are shown to the customer in their shopping cart details, order summary, and invoice. They are therefore specified before the customer confirms and pays for the order and vary depending on the total order amount, the associated service fees, and the technical and organizational ticketing requirements related to the event. They include VAT.
How will I receive my tickets?
The tickets you buy will necessarily be digital tickets.
At the end of your order you will receive your tickets in the confirmation email.
They will also be accessible at any time in the order history of your customer account.
What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?
You will receive an email from our services explaining how to attend the new event date or how to get your tickets refunded. You just need to follow the instructions.
Can I resell tickets previsouly purchased on the resale platform?
No, it is not possible to resell tickets initially purchased on the resale platform.
