When this method of obtaining is activated, this is specified from the event page on your booking site.
What is the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
This app is chosen by some organisers for certain events in order to secure the ticketing of their event. On these events, purchased tickets are therefore only available in the run-up to the event on the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app that the spectators must download on their smartphone (via Apple Store or Google Play).
If the event is subject to special conditions of sale:
- Please have your mobile phone with you when booking, you will need it to validate your credit card payment.
- In addition, for certain events, you may be asked for your smartphone number and you will receive a verification code on your smartphone. This number is important because it will allow us to verify your identity when issuing tickets on the mobile application that will be communicated to you later.
- You will be asked to accept the conditions of sale applying to the event during payment.
- You will receive instructions on how to access your ticket(s) closer to the event.
GETTING DEFINITIVE TICKETS
When will final tickets be available?
No final tickets will be posted or emailed in advance. At the end of your order, you will receive a proof of purchase called countermark by email (also downloadable from your customer account).
The countermark is not a definitive ticket and does not allow access to the event.
As the event approaches, you will be informed that your final tickets will be downloadable on the mobile application that you will be invited to download on your smartphone.
Your phone will then contain your ticket(s) after downloading the application for which access instructions will be sent to you as the show approaches.
When will defintive tickets available on the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
A few weeks before the event, you will receive an email at the email address you used when placing your order. This email will invite you to download the STADEFRANCE TICKETS application on your smartphone. All you have to do is follow the procedure indicated in this email. It is therefore imperative to have a smartphone allowing the download of an application (via Apple Store or Google Play).
To access the event, you must bring your fully charged mobile phone or smartphone. You will need to produce your booking confirmation email and a valid photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation. Accepted forms of identity document are: driver's license, passport or a current or recently expired identity card
Does every spectator have to have their ticket on the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app on their smartphone?
Yes, each spectator entering and walking around the stadium must have their ticket on their smartphone on theSTADEFRANCETICKETS app, except for minors, who can have their tickets on the smartphone of the adult accompanying them.
Only one ticket is presentable per phone (excluding minors).
1 phone = 1 person = 1 entry ticket
In the event of a minor accompanying person who does not have a smartphone?
All venue age restrictions are clearly displayed on the sales pages of the ticket agent websites. As a general rule, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 5 years old.
In the unlikely event that you wish to purchase tickets on behalf of people under the age of 18 who do not have access to a smartphone, we recommend that you attend the show with the person concerned.

How do I find my tickets in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
As soon as you receive the email notification telling you that your final tickets are now available.
- Download the STADEFRANCE TICKETS application on your smartphone from the App Store and Google Play
- Open the app and create your account using your email address (the one that you just received this email on)
- Your tickets will appear on the screen.
- You will then be able to transfer them, by email, to the people accompanying you to the concert, except for one that you will have to present yourself. Your presence at the concert is therefore compulsory.
- A ticket can only be transferred once. The transfer is made by entering the email address of the recipient. It is possible to cancel a transfer only if the recipient has not yet accepted it.
- If you have listed your tickets on our resale platform, your tickets will continue to appear in the app until they are resold.
I can see my tickets in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app, but they are not active. What should I do?
You don't have to take any action; the ticket will be activated automatically when the event date approaches. You will receive a notification from the mobile app indicating that your ticket is now activated. So, remember to allow notifications from the STADEFRANCETICKETS app on your smartphone. Only an "activated ticket" on your smartphone will allow you access to the Stadium. The procedure is the same for the people to whom you have sent tickets. They must each present their "activated ticket" on their personal phone.
As the main buyer, do I have to transfer my tickets to the people accompanying me via the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
Yes, you must transfer a ticket to each person accompanying you. You must also keep a ticket for yourself on the day of the event. Your presence at the event is therefore compulsory. A ticket is transferable only once and only by the main buyer.
What happens if I can't find my tickets in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app on the day of the event?
A customer support service is available at the Stadium on the day of the event.
I bought parking spaces in addition to my tickets. Are they available in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
No, your parking space ticket can be downloaded from your "Personal space" on the stadefrance.com website. You must print out your parking space ticket and present it on the day of the event.

How do I transfer my ticket on the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
To transfer a ticket, you must enter the email address of the ticket's recipient in the STADEFRANCETICKETS app.
I placed the order; can I transfer my ticket from the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
No, the main buyer's ticket is not transferable.As the main buyer, your presence at the event is compulsory. Only the tickets of the people accompanying you can be transferred.
Can I cancel the transfer of a ticket in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
The main buyer can cancel a transfer only if the recipient has not yet accepted it.
A recipient can refuse a ticket transfer, in which case the main buyer gets the ticket back on their smartphone.
Can I transfer a ticket in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app several times?
No, a ticket can only be transferred once.

The main buyer transferred a ticket to me from the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app; can I retransfer it to a friend?
No, a ticket can only be transferred by the main buyer. If you want to transfer your ticket, you must send it back to the main buyer via the STADEFRANCETICKETS app so that the main buyer can transfer it again.
ON ARRIVING AT THE STADIUM
Can I enter the Stadium with a screenshot of my ticket on the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app?
No, no screenshot of the ticket can be scanned and will therefore not be valid as an access title. Only the ticket available on the application is accepted at the entrance to the Stadium.
What happens if I run out of battery on my smartphone when I get to the Stadium?
Remember to charge your phone before coming to the Stadium. A customer support service will be available at the Stadium on the day of the event.
I can't find my confirmation email?
First, please check your spam folder. If this does not work, contact the customer service of the site on which you have booked.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras (considered with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly prohibited. Personal cameras and smartphone cameras are allowed.
What time should we show up?
Please check your shopping site for exact door opening times and allow plenty of time to enter before the show begins.
I can't get in with my tickets, it hasn't been scanned and I was turned away at the turnstile?
Don't worry, we can try to help you. First, head to the ticketing/disputes desk where someone can help you figure out what's wrong. Remember: do NOT buy a ticket from someone you don't know in person on the street OR from an unauthorized secondary website.
