Before your event
Some events at Stade de France require you to use the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app to access your tickets.
If this applies to your event, you'll find this information on the event page when placing your order.
For events using the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app:
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email, but this isn't a valid ticket for entry.
- Your tickets will become available in the app closer to the event.
- You'll need a smartphone to download the app and access your tickets.
- Each attendee must have their ticket on their own smartphone, except minors, whose tickets can be held on the accompanying adult's phone.
- The main buyer must attend the event and keep their own ticket.
Screenshots and order confirmations aren't accepted for entry. You must present an activated ticket in the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app.
Access your tickets
You'll receive an email a few weeks before your event with instructions on how to access your tickets.
Once you've received the email:
- Download the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create an account using the same email address you used to place your order.
- Your tickets will appear in the app.
Activate your tickets
Your tickets may initially appear as inactive. You don't need to do anything — they'll activate automatically closer to the event.
You'll receive a notification when your tickets are activated, so make sure you've enabled notifications for the app.
Only activated tickets can be used to enter the stadium.
Transfer tickets to friends and family
If you've ordered tickets for other people, you must transfer their tickets to them using the STADEFRANCE TICKETS app.
To transfer a ticket, enter the recipient's email address in the app.
Keep in mind:
- The main buyer must keep their own ticket and attend the event.
- Each ticket can only be transferred once.
- Only the main buyer can transfer tickets.
- You can cancel a transfer if the recipient hasn't accepted it.
For more information, see the ticket transfer instructions.
If someone has transferred a ticket to you, see the recipient instructions.
